Why Do We Fall???

cubicle chronicle

Our whole life revolves around cubicle. We work in cubicle, we drive cubicle and we sleep in cubicle.

We trade our hard work ,knowledge and skills for a cubicle. We have been programmed since birth to aim for a bigger cubicle. Our purpose of education is to work in a big cubicle. People measure each other’s success by the size of their cubicles.
People now are confined only to their cubicle, and are in a constant struggle to increase their cubicle. They are apathetic to everything outside their cubicle.

Only thing concerning them is their cubicle.

Twisted Chauvinism

Society has been persistent with paranoia of debates that infuse dilemma of relating societal issues with some cover-ups!! One such raving and most talked about discussion

in the modern day society is “chauvinism”. What bring me to this idea for discussion, are the moulds that have been circumjacent in our Indian society for centuries, i.e. the predilection of males or the “Male Chauvinism”.

But let’s first have a look at the central theme of chauvinism; in a layman terms it is dominance of one gender over the other, the dictatorship of ideology of one gender persistent in a society. To an extent I’m a believer that India is male chauvinist, the stature of women in India has been oppressed in many ways, but a recent event in my life surged me to see this fact in a twisted way!

Why am i cynical…

Yesterday we guys were having our usual discussion in cafe on topics ranging from FDI to Anna, from corruption to liberalization, from the Oscars to Barclay premier league and from the latest VVIP helicopter scam to the age old Bofors scam. It was a heated argument and was most probably gonna end in an old fashioned duel.

While most of us were blabbering facts(mostly unrelated), speaking at top of our voices in order to intimidate others and drown their voices…one guy seemed to be unfazed by his chaotic surrounding.
